1 Acceptance

By using the zPayy mobile application ("App") and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App or any of our services.

2 Description of Service

zPayy provides confidential transfer and payment features on supported Ethereum networks. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, and all activity conducted through your wallet in the App. zPayy is a non-custodial service.

3 Eligibility

You must be of legal age and have the right to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. Use of the App in regions where it is prohibited by law is not permitted.

4 Prohibited Use

You may not use the App for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, or to violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms without prior notice.

5 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the zPayy name, logo, design, and underlying technology, are owned by zPayy Labs and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6 Disclaimers

The App and any confidential transfer or payment features are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions carry inherent risk; you use the App at your own risk. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any transactions you conduct, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zPayy Labs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zPayy Labs operates, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
